The best approach is common sense: an initial enquiry starts off something like “Hi my name is X and I would like to book X model for an overnight tomorrow..’
Do not ask for a model to travel to another country for a 1 hour meeting. There is zero logic or sense financially in this (unless of course you are willing to pay the same rates for a travel booking lol)
Please do better than ‘hi’. I’m not telepathic nor very patient on some days especially pre caffeine.
